We've been getting reports that a recent Windows 11 update has resulted in some players having the experience that DF, with DFHack installed, will hang with a black screen when exiting the game, instead of exiting normally. We have confirmed that this is in fact a defect in our console handling on the Windows platform. A fix is on the way and will be published soon. However, this defect is otherwise harmless. If you experience this, it's absolutely safe to kill the stuck window - nothing bad will come of it.
