Greetings, all ye dark academians! We have delightful news! Next week, on October 21, 2026, The Killing Stone launches out of Early Access and into 1.0.
What’s New
Expanded Content and Improvements
Since early access began, we’ve continued to expand and refine The Killing Stone with new optional story content, gameplay balancing, quality-of-life improvements, and updates informed by player feedback. These include additional questlines, adjustments to card decks and combat encounters, and improvements to the game's bargaining and reward systems.
The Reckoning
As you may know, our transition to full launch also unlocks the Reckoning mega-chapter, which brings together the decks you’ve crafted throughout the first three chapters to take part in a series of final, climactic rituals. The outcome of this duel with all our Devils will decide the fate of the Svangård clan, and perhaps your very own soul.
Price Change
Starting on the 21st, the price will change to $19.99 USD (may differ in other regions) to reflect the addition of new and rebalanced cards, new story outcomes, the aforementioned final chapter, and additional polish. We wanted to give you folks a little bit of a heads up while the Early Access price still stands.
