Racers, 1.5 is here! You can now make your car your own, reroll how a part's points are split and hit the track in a brand-new car. Check it out:
🎨 Customize
- The Paint screen is now Customize, with Paint, Customization and Workshop tabs.
- Neon in any color you like.
- License plate with up to 3 letters or numbers, in several colors.
- Neon and plates are bought with DTR Coin and show up everywhere your car does: Garage, Workshop, races and Drive mode.
🔧 Part Recalibration
- New Recalibrate action: rerolls how the part's points are split, keeping the total and the upgrades.
- Works on free or equipped parts, from the Inventory and the Garage, and costs credits and scrap depending on rarity.
- The result stays on the part until you Accept the new split or Reject it and keep the current one.
🚐 New car: Plumber Van
- Inspired by the Wuling Hongguang meme, with pipes and a sign on the roof.
- Strong in braking. One-time purchase on Steam: the car is yours forever.
- Every car you buy now becomes your active car right away, using the same loadout as your previous car.
🏎️ Races
- Hover over a driver in the race list to see their car, with paint, neon and plate.
✨ Tweaks and improvements
- Faster connection: actions respond without reopening the connection to the server on every click.
- Collection: the rarity tab with a part ready to deliver pulses, and the type icon gets a marker.
- The Inventory tooltip compares the part with the equipped one at the same level.
- Mastery: the upgrade efficiency node's tooltip shows the real gain.
- Part Fusion tabs adjusted in every language.
- Drive mode uses your current Garage car and look.
