Save Fixes
The big headline for this one is a range of fixes targeting the disappearing world saves we've seen reported, as well as a catch-up mechanic for corrupted character saves that will let you drop in with aggregated stats and Tier 4 gear to get you back in the fight. Hop in and give those a try, but we're aware there may still be the occasional player affected by other, extraneous instances of save issues that we're still collecting data on. We're talking about very, very small numbers of affected players, but it matters all the same. Beyond that, let's get into what else is coming in 1.0.1.
1.0.1 and Core Improvements
What goes up...
Introducing... the Jump Attack. It does exactly what you think it does.
Unlock the Skill Tree perk "Death From Above!"
Any time you are slightly above the max height of the double jump's arc from the ground, inputting an attack will plunge you downward to slam into unfortunate victims below. Damage scales with the weapon you have equipped, so make sure you're holding something hefty before you leap. And yes, Windstep counts here. What goes up, must come crashing down.
I've Got Shooters
Added the Ranged skill perk - Ammo Recovery, and it's Greater version later in the Skill Tree - Greater Ammo Recovery.
Adds a chance to recover arrows from the bodies of slain enemies.
Ranged weapon subclasses are receiving their own special attack variants to make them feel more aligned with the fantasy of using the Shortbow, Longbow or Crossbow.
Shortbow: Rapid Fire - Hop backwards and fire off three arrows in quick succession. The target can be switched between this volley of shots to spread the damage.
Longbow: Power Shot - take a knee to draw an arrow at full strength. Let fly to loose a staggering, enormously powerful shot at great distance.
Crossbow: Heavy Bolt - rack a bolt and let it fly after a short charge. Hits like Asgarnian Ale on an empty stomach, and applies Enchanted effects on-hit.
Introduced the Low Blow Skill Perk: Ranged attacks that hit the enemy in the legs (lower third of the body or their legs) applies "Hamstrung" which reduces enemy movement speed for a short while. Tiny and Colossal Enemies are immune.

Increased inventory space from 32 to 40.
Added a toggle for the Visceral Attack Camera change.
Fixed an issue where users on mounts could not open the map correctly.
Obstacles and Enemies now respawn in the Scorned Wildnerness Raid on reset/next run-through.
Reduced aggro range for enemies across the game to prevent forming a bit of a follow-train like a Fally Drop Party.
Enemy mob respawn timers extended so they stay dead for longer as you clear areas.
Fixed an issue where users on controller were unable to sort chests with L3/LS correctly.
Polish pass on Mining nodes across the world to ensure they're all above ground and can be mined.
Goblin "barks" (ambient noises they make) should now sound less like they've just seen you and are yelling.
Improvements on the Sort functionality - Weight, Type and Latest.
Weight: Cumulative Stack Weight, Heaviest First.
Type: Categories of item, alphabetically.
Latest: The most recently picked up items first.
Adding a dedicated Ring AND Amulet slot.
Thanks to Thurnax, NeganTWD, Cloud_N0ne and others who suggested this.
The Amulet of Glory was providing additional bonuses above what was initially intended, so we're tapping those numbers back down to better align with what we wanted it to be.
We're adding the Ultra Compost Bin - because "Super" just wasn't cutting it anymore.
Adding the Large Compost Bucket, which has a larger capacity.
Now stop asking.
Adding a Completed Quests tab including a short summary of the outcome of the quest.
Overdrive can now be cast on the Advanced Spinning Wheel.
Rune Arrows and Bolts now do more damage than Adamant. 4.9x versus 4.2x.
The Fishing Cape now correctly displays the Skillcape Perk - You have a small chance to instantly catch a fish.

Additional Bug Fixes
Fixed an issue where users could clip through the floor when teleporting to Cataclysm Keep from Commander Zilyana.
Resolved an issue where PS5 users were unable to see the assigned Sort button on chests.
Resolved an issue where Players who had acquired Quest Items early (through multiplayer sessions) would be unable to progress to the next region. E.g. Imaru's Head prevented the player from entering Fellhollow, etc.
Resolved an issue where users could crash when selecting Online play while being Offline.
Fixed an issue where Rain would cause visual effects to be visible inside player housing at any graphical setting. It no longer rains indoors!
Resolved an issue where Sanguine Urns within the radius of the Scorned Wilderness were not displaying correctly.
Resolved an issue where the Skills Page description states Magic Focus can be crafted at the Crafting Table instead of the Blacksmith's Bench.
Fixed an issue where images in the Journal could scale incorrectly. Begone, giant Bandos symbol!
Fixed an issue where Hosts would unlock achivements triggered by a player in the world.
Resolved a bug causing Ascension Cores to not drop from Kuldra in some circumstances.
Fixed an issue where users with Emojis in their name on PC would not be able to join PS5 or XBOX player hosted worlds.
Fixed the Dragon Med Helm icon to be the right shade of red. So, so sorry.
All platforms can now access the UI Scaling option as intended.
Special Attacks from Ranged will now trigger gamepad vibration as intended.
Fixed an issue where Maple Sap would not be removed from the inventory on death. Sticky stuff.
Resolved an issue where the VFX on the title screen was offset incorrectly.
Fixed an issue where D-pad Navigation in the Chest Inventory UI would not work in certain circumstances.
Fixed an issue where Map Fog would not be cleared when entering a new area after being on an Agility Course.

Fixed an issue where Reward Chests would play default open SFX.
Fixed a bug where Titan's Wrath would set the player on fire if the Special Attack was used in rapid succession.
Fixed a bug where Fuzan would become passive if a player died in certain circumstances, essentially becoming invisible.

Fixed an issue where the Divine Rock cooldown is incorrectly set to 1500 seconds instead of 1800 seconds.
Fixed an issue where Superheat would display placeholder text when used without a valid target.
Fixed an issue where Water Magic Wand projectiles would not be visible on multiplayer worlds unless very close.
Fixed an issue where Air magic attacks visually travel further than their effective range.
Fixed an issue where the Dowdun Reach Nexus would have flickering VFX when viewed from outside.
Fixed an issue where Clients on older worlds see the Sanguine Urn in Fenkenstrain's Castle in a different place and may not be able to interact with it.
Resolved an issue where attempting to use multiple consumable items simultaneously would trigger a constant item cooldown overlay on the item toolbar.
Fixed the Rune Spade so it isn't upside-down in the weapons rack. Ah, that's better.
Fixed an issue where the Zogre lock-on point was too high on the model so the camera was unwieldy in melee range.
Fixed an issue where the Artisan and Construction Cape's effects were not triggering on use - repairing and building, respectively.
Kebbit Burrows should now be correctly labelled.
Fixed an issue where Green Dragons could get caught on the edge of the Alcarrid Oasis instanced area.
Overall polish pass on Green Dragons after reports of stuttering/clipping at certain angles.
Resolved an issue where the Kuldra (ahem) Interior section would prevent users from using Camera Lock On on targets within.
Resolved an issue where In Alcarrid's camp, reputation was not gradually progressing but rather would jump to level 4 once all quests were completed.
Resolved an issue where sorting Servers would return inconsistent results.
Resolved an issue where Potted Plant decorations would move when walked over when on placed terrain, and would move with the wind when placed outside.
Resolved an issue where Agility Courses were always discovered with the map region - the icons for the courses will now appear on the map when a player gets close to them.
Resolved an issue where some food had power levels.
Level up VFX/Sparkles no longer decouple from the player if you level up while running.
Humidify can now hit the same amount of Yew Plots as other farming plots.
Resolved an issue where Sworn Servant Special Attack on the Pharoah's Sceptre did not show its cost.
Fixed an issue where the Blue Dragon would take inaccurate damage when fought from different heights.
Fixed an issue where luring the Black Dragon to a safespot would cause performance drops on some hardware.
Resolved an issue where Velgar's Poison Breath attack had misaligned VFX on PS5 systems.
Fixed an issue where light was emitted from the final puzzle before Kuldra as if they were active when they weren't.
Fixed a bug which caused some enemies to be unaffected by the Enchanted Iron Bolt effect when hit.
Fixed an issue where the background of the Runecrafting minigame would distort on Switch 2 systems.
Fixed an issue where the Processing Station tooltip would be cut off if the HUD Scaling was set to 1.25x on Switch 2 systems.
Fixed an issue where ores would respawn instantly when teleporting in the Scorned Wilderness raid. Nice try.
Resolved an issue which caused repeatedly feathering block and attack to spam attacks before unlocking the Level 23 Attack perk.
Fixed an issue where adding multiple items to a crafting station would force the user to re-navigate to the inventory.
Fixed several Windstep-related skips in the Scorned Wilderness Raid.
Resolved an issue where the ingredient requirements would not reset to default when less than the designated amount was available during bulk-crafting.
Resolved an issue where clients in a multiplayer world wouldn't be able to see the host holding a Pharoah's Sceptre.
Fixed an issue where Axtral Projection would only highlight the first tree in range when playing on a Dedicated Server.
Resolved an issue where the Strike True Achievement would not trigger in some circumstances.
Fixed an issue where Fuzan would briefly appear to get back up before dying for real this time.
Fixed an issue where pausing and tabbing out of the game in Dowdun Reach would cause ambient noise to grow louder over time.
Resolved an issue where controller action direction fails to affect blocking input.
Fixed an issue where the Abyssal Snare attack would immediately explode when used on built floors.
Fixed an issue where the Black Knight Titan's Barrier in Dowdun Reach was permeable to magic attacks in both directions.

Resolved an issue where the Tannery could contain three slots if removing and adding Tanners Kit while the Tannery is full.
Fixed an issue where if the player exits to menu during the Velgar boss fight, the Dragonkin Altar would reset to original position.
