Update #16: Dogs, Weapon Repair, and Shelter Defense Overhaul

This update brings you dogs for your shelter, weapon repair and durability rebalancing; and an overhaul of the current shelter defenses system.

This update will be released around 1:00pm Wellington time on Tuesday 27th October. The corresponding timezones are as follows:
