Voice stuff, fixes, and a thing.

GENERAL FIXES:

• Fixed non-wraith ghosts not having footsteps in some situations

• Removed artifact spawn on piano in McGavin House (Against my will)

• Adjusted proximity voice chat sound distance and occlusion through walls/floors

• Lore events now block ghost from hunting while its active

• Added candles to the new maps
