Hello all,
Work on the light stages update is coming along nicely. While the update isn't ready yet for public release, we want as many of you as possible playing early and giving us feedback!
This update will improve on Flashing Lights' light customisation feature in a big way, adding the ability to add five light stages per vehicle consisting of three main stages, cruise lights and takedown lights. We've also made improvements to the light stages editor so you can copy and move steps, and increased the total step count to 64 steps.

The update will also include optimisation improvements, including for the parked car system, map loading and props.
For those of you who would like to jump into an early version of this update right now, please follow the instructions below and make sure to offer us your thoughts and feedback via the Steam forums!
How to Access Unstable Branch
Load up Steam and head to your library
Right click on Flashing Lights and then select "Properties"
Head to the Game versions and Betas tab and in the list select "unstable_test_branch" (no password needed)
This will then download the new update for you
Please note that switching between this version and previous versions of the game may break vehicle and light customisations! Please backup any important light patterns. To do this, play the game via the Default branch before playing the new unstable version and use the vehicle menu import/export buttons at vehicle selection and/or Edit Lights > Light patterns. This will allow you to re-import your backed-up light patterns should you need to.
We often release early unstable versions of our updates and notify our Discord community, so make sure to join the Discord if you haven't already!
