Bugfixes:
* Fixed bug where Dread Admiral's Flagship would often spawn with no upgrades. [Upgrades were 'forgotten' between saves when no Flagship was present.] Additionally, corrected a possible 'double upgrade' bug.
* Fixed a bug regarding using the Double Click selection at inappropriate times.
