- Hunter’s Arcane Trap now applies Dizzy; Dizzy also reduces attack speed, benefiting Flare.
- Crowd-control diminishing returns now shorten only stun/root duration, but preserving the status, for example, sorcerer can still enjoy the extra Crit on frozen target.
