Fixes:
- Locked door sound would not play on doors in the new McGavin House location
- Some GPUs would suffer from blurry/pixelated textures regardless of texture quality setting
- The player list in the Session Management window on the laptop would take longer than needed when refreshing player list and names
- TV movies could be out of sync between players
Additions/Changes:
- New "Trainer Only" filter and identifier in the session browser to help newer players find Trainer Sessions
- Adjusted probability of events on new maps
