Rune transmutation
Available from the Alchemists. Combine 9 runes of the same rarity to receive 1 random rune:

Results are selected from runes usable by the current character's class.
New runes
Added 24 new rune types for abilities that are not covered by existing runes, each available as a Rare rune and a Legendary “(Grand)” rune: 48 new runes in total.
Mythic Rift
Entry cost: Reduced to 3 Skull of Inferno.
More loot at all Tiers
Tier experience bonus: increased from +1.5% → +3% per tier.
Soul Shard rewards: increased and now scale up with Tier.
Loot and Economy
Singleplayer mode: Offline characters now receive a buff that doubles the drop chance of super rare items like Divine, Black Mist equipment, Legendary and Rune Set runes and valuable commodities.
Black Mist drop chance increased.
Luck Wheel Spin cost and output both doubled (so the same rewards take half as many spins). Much higher Earth Essence output and lowered treasure key rate.
Sorcerer
Abilities and statuses
Ice Shards: base Cold damage increased from 90% → 115%. Scaling per additional ability level: +3 → +3.5 percentage points.
Flame Lightning: Fire damage increased from 50% → 60%, and Lightning damage increased from 50% → 60%.
Burn: duration increased from 3 → 4 seconds.
Electrostatic: maximum stacks increased from 5 → 10.
Talents
Shattering Ice: now also grants +250% Critical Hit Damage against Frozen enemies, in addition to its existing Critical Hit Chance bonus.
Combustion: explosion base Fire damage increased from 100% → 300%. Explosion radius increased from 1.5 → 2.5 units.
Storm Conduit: the chance for Electrocute to also cast Lightning Storm increased from 20% → 30%.
Arcane Exposure: applies Vulnerable on every 4th Strong Attack cast, previously every 6th. Now also grants +150% damage against Vulnerable enemies.
Rune sets
Frozen Barrage — 4 pieces: now also grants +60% Attack Speed.
Frozen Barrage — 6 pieces: additional Ice Shards projectiles increased from 3 → 4. Each projectile can now also pierce 1 target.
Stormcaller — 6 pieces: each Lightning Ball pulse increased from 50% → 75% Lightning damage. Pulse radius increased from 1.25 → 1.5 units.
Hunter
Abilities and statuses
Frost Trap has been replaced by Arcane Trap. Its damage type changed from Cold → Arcane, and it now belongs to the Arcane ability category. It applies Arcane Grip instead of frozen. Arcane Grip immobilizes the target for 5 seconds.
Poisoned: damage per stack increased from 50% → 75% Poison damage. Maximum stacks increased from 100 → 150.
Venom Bolt: now applies 2 stacks of Poisoned, up from 1.
Poison Trap: now applies 3 stacks of Poisoned, up from 2.
Flare: casting range increased from 10 → 11 units.
Fixed trap colliders (previously couldn't hit some flying enemies).
Talents
Critical Injection: critical hits with Poison abilities now apply 3 additional Poisoned stacks, up from 1.
Arcane Corrosion: detonating 1 stack now deals 400% Arcane damage, up from 250%. Detonating 2 stacks now deals 700%, up from 400%.
Exposing Traps: now also grants +160% Critical Hit Damage to Trap abilities.
Lone Hunter: while no enemies are within 6 units, Attack Speed increased from +30% → +80%. The previous +70% Physical, Poison, and Arcane Damage bonuses have been replaced with +120% Bonus All Damage. Now also grants +150% Strong Attack Damage.
Rune sets
Trapper’s Legacy — 6 pieces: traps can retrigger 3 additional times, up from 2.
Deadeye’s Resolve — 6 pieces:Rapid Fire projectile damage is also doubled.
Venomfang — 6 pieces: the bonus venom projectile triggered by Poison Shot increased from 120% → 420% Poison damage. It now applies 2 Poisoned stacks, up from 1. Explosion radius increased from 1.1 → 1.7 units.
Monk
Golden Palms: reworked into a travelling projectile that passes through enemies, dealing damage and applying knockback along its path. Casting range increased from 1.5 → 2.4 units.
Hundred Hands — 6 pieces:Golden Palms triggered by Furious Fist now inflicts Dazed and gains +0.5% damage per point of current Mana when triggered.
Hundred Hands: its triggered Golden Palms now participates in applicable talent and equipment cast effects, including damage bonuses, repeat casts, and cooldown-related effects.
Iron Constitution: damage reduction after preventing a lethal hit increased from 20% → 60%. Duration increased from 3 → 6 seconds. Its own cooldown decreased from 30 → 20 seconds. It now also resets all equipped ability cooldowns when triggered.
Warrior
Harvest Moon — 6 pieces: fixed a Half Moon Slash blade collision issue that caused it to damage the same enemy twice during one pass.
Equipment
Staff of the Frostwyrm:Ice Shards now ricochets to 2 additional enemies, up from 1.
Violet Skybow: each Arcane dagger hit increased from 80% → 275% Arcane damage.
Soulrender:Soul Impact now launches a forward-travelling soul wave instead of an explosion around the player. It hits each enemy along its path once and applies Dazed. Targeting range increased from 4 → 15 units.
Gems maximum stack size increased from 50 → 99.
Combat, leaderboard rules, and interface
Reduced enemy spawn delays and increased spawn distance, making movement speed more useful.
To maintain fairness and prevent exploits: Abilities and talents can no longer be changed during leaderboard-tracked combat maps.
Equipping a different ability during ordinary combat now starts that ability on its full effective cooldown.
Critical Damage Reduction: now consistently uses a 100% stat cap.
Fixed some leaderboard names displaying empty boxes.
Fixes and visual improvements
Fixed Lord of the Cinder beam sometimes failing to hit the player.
Bone Reaper collision detection improved.
Serparmat the Devourer collision detection improved.
Fixed Training Dummy collider issue.
