In this patch, we're introducing several QoL and balance improvements, while also dealing with all remaining known critical bugs!
0.9.8 sets the stage for 1.0 next month, and most of these tweaks are based on our community's input. Make sure to leave your thoughts and report any issues you run into. We'll be on the lookout as always. And, as always, thank you for your support :)
0.9.8:
Decree Pool
Our main goal with multiplayer is to ensure diversity and avoid stale metas in the game. And with 1.0 around the corner, the decree pool is a key piece of that puzzle. As with rainbow cards, multiplayer now has a new pool of decrees every season.
The pool consists of 18 universal decrees, 6 rainbow decrees, and 6 decrees for each king. This change will be more noticeable (and actually helpful for players) once 1.0 is here and the 30+ new decrees are in the game. But for now, we believe it'll already help keep gameplay fresh every season!

You can access the current decree pool in the left bottom corner of the multiplayer lobby, in the same screen you check the season's rainbow cards.
