Items now pass through the ceiling of the dungeon in case an item ends up clipping through the terrain from above.
Reshuffle items now moves big john to his original spot.
Made out of bounds item recovery nicer so if an item that falls through the ground first tries to spawn back to the same spot it fell through from. If that's not a valid spot, items will fall back to the pile instead.
