Tacticians,
As we near the 1 year anniversary for Veil of the Witch’s official release, we received exciting news! Veil of the Witch won a spot in “Best Games of the Year”, an award given by the Korea Creative Content Agency.
A total of 16 games across 4 categories (“Blockbuster”, “Frontier”, “Indie”, and “Serious”) were selected. Veil of the Witch is part of the “Frontier” award winners, a category recognizing the game’s creativity and potential.
For the full list of games that won the award, you can refer to the official announcement (please note that the announcement is in Korean only).
Another exciting part of winning the award is that we’re now qualified as a nominee for Korea Game Awards later this year–an equivalent of GOTY presented by the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism.
The entire Ocean Drive Studio team thanks all Tacticians for supporting us on our journey to create a unique turn-based tactics experience. We will keep working hard to continue bringing you fun games in the future!
