Fixed a bug where deleting a savefile would fail to delete its Randomizer/NG+ data and would get passed to the savefile below

Added a failsafe for characters becoming stuck after Boss intro dialogue, I have not managed to replicate this bug so if your friends get stuck just kick em, otherwise they should become active after receiving any damage
