Hello!
This patch adds some new items, balance changes, and improved save file protection to help prevent corruption if your PC shuts down while game is saving.
I also recommend avoiding switching between operating systems, such as Windows -> Linux, as Steam Cloud can sometimes fail to transfer saves correctly.

New Starting Gear: Spike Gloves (Unlocked upon reaching Difficulty 3).

Turkish Localization (Türkçe) has been added.
Russian Localization has been improved.
HUD Scaling has been added to Gameplay Settings. You can now make the HUD larger or smaller than its original size. The default is 100%, while the Steam Deck default is 120%. This is first step towards addressing Steam Deck font being too small in certain text locations. There are other places where font is still too small on Steam Deck and will be addressed in future patch.

Enemy
Undertaker: Now waits slightly longer between most attacks.
Gear
Paladin Shield: Buff duration reduced from 30s -> 20s.
Blessings
Shield Fury: After defending with shield, gain (40%->50%) damage boost for (4->5) seconds.
Guardian's Protection: If you are above (70%->85%) health: Damage Taken (-35%)
Shield Master: Using a shield to block consumes (50%->75%) less stamina.
Shield Strap: Using a shield to block consumes (10%->25%) less stamina. Additionally shield strap now can only be obtained once in a run.
Improvements
Improved save file corruption detection and automatic recovery.
Health bar numbers are now easier to read. (Change specifically made so easier to read on Steam Deck)
Bug Fixes
If you pause the game as the game disables pausing, now you can unpause the game correcly.
Fixed a null reference issue when binding certain unusual keyboard keys.
Fixed an issue with the True Blight Lord achievement checking Steam initialization when changing scenes. This could cause an error when playing without a Steam connection.
Fixed an issue where defending with a shield could stun you when you had low stamina and a shield-related stamina reduction effect. You will now only be stunned when your stamina reaches actual 0.
Fixed an issue where some enemies could stop attacking after a lag spike.
Trading Cards
Steam Trading Cards are finally live for Rogue Blight! This comes with 10 emotes and 10 steam backgrounds that can be unlocked via this feature.

Future of Rogue Blight
I can't believe it's already been almost a month since Rogue Blight released. Thank you so much for sticking around, playing the game, and sharing your feedback!
One of the biggest requests I've received is more weapon variety, and I can confirm I've started working on it.
The current plan is to add 3 new two-handed weapon types, focused on STR, DEX, and INT. STR will be Greatswords, and here's a little preview:
I'm still deciding on the DEX and INT 2H weapon types, so if you have any ideas, I'd love to hear them!
The plan is to add at least 11 weapons for each type, including 10 elemental weapons and at least 1 non-elemental weapon. For example: Fire Greatsword, Poison Greatsword, Bleed Greatsword, Iron Greatsword.
These weapons won't be coming immediately. I'll probably release another patch or two first, and then work towards a larger content update. I'm having a blast working on this game and I don't plan on stopping anytime soon!
