We hope you’re still enjoying the (continued) legacy of the Vanderboom family as you follow multiple generations of the Vanderboom Family until the birth of Laura. It’s been a long time coming and we apologise for the delay but we’ve made some updates to Roots! We are very happy to announce we’ve figured out a way to solve a problem that has long been a thorn in our side.
Patch Notes
- Fixed an issue where some players earned achievements in-game but those achievements were not properly unlocked on Steam.
Important note: If you’ve already unlocked all achievements in-game you will need to reset your save file to be able to re-earn them on Steam, we apologise for the inconvenience.
- The game now launches in full screen. You can toggle between full screen and windowed mode in the settings.
This is the first of a few minor updates we planned to improve our older premium games. We hope to tackle other issues like translations, broken animations and other quality of life features in the future.
