Staff Management & Club Systems Update
With this update, staff management, customer service, and the club economy have been significantly expanded. You can now recruit employees, develop them, assign specific duties, and manage your club in much greater detail.
📋 Staff Recruitment
New Applications and Hired Workers tabs have been added.
Each eligible staff role has 2 different candidates.
Applicants can appear between Levels 1–4 as you progress.
Applications refresh for free after every night.
You can instantly refresh the applicant pool for $100.
You can view each candidate’s level, attributes, and wage before hiring them.
📈 Staff Progression
Employees now earn XP and level up by performing their jobs.
Maximum staff level: 10
Attributes improve as employees level up.
Each attribute can reach a maximum value of 100.
More experienced workers perform their duties faster and more effectively.

Bartender: Mixology and Work Speed

Bouncer: Admission Speed and ID Accuracy
Bodyguard: Response Speed and Escort Speed
Dancer: Performance and Endurance
You can also view each employee’s XP, level, wage, attributes, and current activity in detail.
🍽️ New Staff: Waiter
A brand-new staff role has been added: Waiter.
Waiters work together with the new VIP & Table Order System. Customers can now place orders directly from their tables, and waiters can serve those orders.
💵 Tips & Dancer Revenue
Customers can now leave tips based on the service they receive.
Dancers can now generate additional revenue for your club through their performances.
These systems make your staff even more important to your club’s overall economy.
🏦 Bank, Loans & Interest System
A new Bank Panel has been added.
Take out loans when you need additional funds.
Track your debts and interest.
Manage your club’s financial situation more carefully.
If your debts become unmanageable, your club can go bankrupt and trigger a Game Over state.
♿ Accessibility Settings
The Accessibility Settings have been expanded to make the game more comfortable and usable for a wider range of players.
With the new options, players can better customize the experience to suit their own needs. Various settings focused on visual readability, UI usability, and overall gameplay comfort can now be managed from a dedicated accessibility menu.
We plan to continue expanding this system with additional accessibility options in future updates.
