💻 Map Making/ScriptAPI

Fixed an issue in the map editor where layers would show up all wrong in the UI.
Fixed an issue with IGame.ShowChatMessage and parameter userIdentifier, if it was used in offline games it would still show the message as a global chat message even when the documentation states otherwise.
IGame.ShowChatMessage now outputs to the debug console (same as WriteToConsole) when testing from the editor.
