Hey everyone
A big new update is coming to Aggelos 2, and you can try it out right now! 🎉
Patch 1214 is now available through the Public Beta branch, bringing huge additions, improvements, and fixes to the game.
With this update, you can try out Easy Mode, zoom in on the map, place up to 50 map beacons, get additional progression guidance from the Seer, track your rank-related progress, and skip the intro and cutscenes.
And that's just the beginning! Patch 1214 includes a number of additional fixes and improvements across the game, making this one of our biggest updates yet.

An Easy Mode option has been added when starting a new game.
The map can now be zoomed in to help with legibility.
The Seer now indicates the next area of interest within the map for progression.
The Seer now provides more story information.
Map beacon limit has been increased to 50.
Cutscenes and Intro can now be skipped.
Continue is highlighted by default within the Main Menu to prevent accidental overwrites of existing saves by clicking New Game instead.
The game now saves at the end, so that the final status can be maintained if the player returns to the save. Maintaining 100% map.
The game now displays a rank and tracker for all rank related items at the end of the Good or Bad ending.
The player can no longer get stuck transitioning to the main menu after defeating Badu during Bad Ending.
The game now includes an icon which displays collectibles on the map when the frame has been discovered.
There is no longer a graphical artefact if the player quits to the Main Menu during speed boost.
The Alchemist can now be interacted with when Divine Tears are present in Hard Mode.
The Skull Boss no longer remains present after being defeated if the battle time is extended.
Grappling hook colliders have been fixed.
How to Access the Public Beta
Open Steam and find Aggelos 2 in your library.
Right-click the game and select Properties.
Go to the ‘Game versions & betas’ tab.
Select the Public Beta branch from the dropdown.
Let Steam update the game, and you're ready to play!
You should now be running Version 1214!
