First bunch of fixes after release

Major


* Reduce (maybe not fully fixed) parcels inside the walls - Please let me know if problem still encounters
* Fixed bug with cat items pushing player outside the map
* Added button I'm stuck for some stuck issues
* Fixed player can't take all postcards

Other


* Fixed parcels not saving positions on the ground
* Q/E not scrolling parcels anymore
* Fixed visual bug with fast scrolling parcels
* Fixed two parcels in same shelf sometimes can take one spot
* Cat no longer blocks you from taking parcel under him
* Graphics settings now much more adjust graphics
