We are looking forward to seeing everyone explore and traverse our mindbending world and meeting all its eccentric denizens and critters.
Looking back it has been an absolutely crazy journey. When we made a small student project all the way back in 2019 called Project Yokai, we could not have imagined what we would set in motion. As time passed and we grew together as a team, so did this project. It evolved. From a humble walking game with portals, which was no more than a prototype. One that would eventually turn into a techdemo which was the Nomori: Prologue, a free to play which ended up getting 115.000 downloads back in 2021. The stepping stone for Enchanted Works as a studio. And with all groundwork in place, the development of Nomori begun.
And now 5 years later, which is a very long time… Nomori is finally out! A cozy adventure puzzle game with crazy mindbending mechanics and an absolutely wholesome story, supported by an amazing original soundtrack. A game that by all sensible metrics should probably not exist. Self-published by a tiny passionate team of developers working odd jobs to create the game they wanted to make.
And a big part that drove us to set out on this journey, was you.
