Recently, some players have experienced crashes or other issues when launching or playing BLACK SOULS II after updating Windows. We have confirmed that these issues may be related to changes to the system environment caused by a recent Windows update.

If you are experiencing this issue, please try the following:

1.Open Windows Settings → Windows Update → Update history → Uninstall updates.
2.Find the recently installed Windows update (KB5124010) and try uninstalling it.
3.Restart your computer and launch the game again.
