Hotfix #3 - v1.0.10016

- Reduced timeline II and timeline III sleep hours costs, these should now be more accessible, especially on less optimized builds

- Added a localization fix for some buffs display on Latin languages

- Fixed an issue where Game Engine buttons would get blocked after completing the objective

- Fixed an issue where Sleep Hours cost scaling would greatly increase by x10-x100 when unequipping a sleep hours cost reduction Artifact

- Fixed an issue where sometimes dialogs of unlocked stations would not properly trigger

- Fixed an issue showing a wrong cost of Purranium for box upgrade when inspecting via "View Timelines"

- Added some missing credits
