DLC Issue – High-Difficulty Maps & AZKi Pack (Sep 25, 2026)

We have received reports that, depending on the player’s environment, the game may become stuck on the loading screen after the update. We are currently investigating the cause of this issue.
We sincerely apologize for this issue occurring just after the release of the DLC, especially to everyone who was looking forward to playing it.
We are currently working to identify the cause and resolve the issue.
