Smoothing out few rough edges after yesteday's patch

We noticed that after yesterday's update, a few issues required our attention - at this time, the following problems have already been resolved:

Fixed controller input not responding after opening the Pause Menu far from the grid in Tutorial 1.
Fixed the Main Menu showing missing buttons and a frozen Model after exiting the tutorial.
Fixed the last location on the Location list being partly hidden by the Exit button.
Fixed the highlight showing in the wrong district when managing fans in Tutorial
