When I started Maze Keeper, it was just a small game jam concept that I thought I’d finish in a few days. I never imagined it would become a project I’d work on for years, or that it would teach me so much about creating and publishing a video game. And now, I want to put all that experience to use to build something new.

For this 2nd anniversary, I am delighted to announce the start of development on my brand-new project: Maze Keeper Arena, a complete overhaul of the concept and mechanics. The game will retain its tower defense structure but enhance it with deck-building elements and a symmetrical gameplay designed for multiplayer.
Each match pits two heroes against one another. Each player builds their own maze, places their monsters, prepares their deck, and then sends their hero into the opposing maze simultaneously.
Your objective is simple: create a defense capable of defeating the enemy hero while preparing your own hero to survive their maze!

There is still a long way to go, but I will gradually share the project's progress throughout the various stages of its creation. If the concept interests you, you can right now:
