Fixed a blocking issue where a player avatar could not be created when starting a new game.
Fixed an issue where the colour picker in the Agency Upgrade Menu had an incorrect layout.
Fixed an issue where Custom Avatars that had been taken on dates as a candidate didn’t appear in the Black Book after the first date.
