Hello, everyone! We have designed a background for each of the game's 8 built-in characters and added 8 static wallpapers with 8 matching animated versions. From moonlit gardens and seaside campuses to cozy bedrooms and snowy courtyards, there are new settings for your time together.

A Matching Animated Version for Every Scene
Each animated version adds effects suited to its static scene: petals and glowing lights in the garden, shimmering seawater, light rain outside the classroom, lake reflections and petals, dust in the sunlight, bubbles above the cloud island, steam rising from a teacup, and falling snow in the courtyard. Keep the scene still, or bring these small details to life on your desktop.
How to Choose a Wallpaper
Right-click the character, open “Select Wallpaper”, and choose a theme under “Built-in static wallpapers” or “Built-in animated wallpapers”.
Mix and match characters and wallpapers freely. Wallpapers are selected separately in the menu and do not change automatically when you switch characters.
Local Files and the Workshop
You can still use a GIF or MP4 from your computer as an animated wallpaper. You can also filter the Workshop for wallpapers, subscribe, and set one as your background after downloading it. Uploading your own static or animated wallpapers to share with other players is supported too.
To enjoy just the scenery, hide the character from the menu and show her again through the system tray menu. “Do not use wallpaper” restores the system wallpaper previously recorded by the game.
Animated wallpapers play without sound. Playback of local GIF/MP4 files depends on their encoding and Windows media component support.
