The Nightmare
The FINAL zone of Dreamworld (and of the entire game) is called Nightmare and is now available!
Ratty's memories of previous levels have reappeared, but warped and more scary. Mind your step and pay close attention to your surroundings, this zone is not forgiving at all. You may just want to turn on glow for your ratty customization to see a little better.
It's the final path to the end of the dream and there's almost no recovery paths or handholding, so bring your A-game!
Adding levels is the most complex thing in terms of designing and code stuff, so please report any bugs in the bug report topic and I will be sure to fix them
True Ending
Beating Dreamworld will now give you the true ending. You will arrive back at Ratty's World but as soon as you select a mode (beginner/normal/speedrun) you will start in a new, secret location that has been in front of your nose this whole time. What exactly is it? Well you will have to conquer the Dreamworld and see for yourself!
(Note: you can do this in any mode (even speedrun mode)

The full speedrun category for dreamworld should be available on speedrun (dot) com very shortly, for those who want to tackle this new world in one sitting.

As of writing, there has been 1,172 unique players of Rat Climber since it launched August 2024.
That's probably a very small amount compared to a lot of indie games, but I am grateful to each and every single person who has played it.
I love you all, all you streamers and friends down under (you know who you are), the game wouldn't have reached the audience it has without you all championing it and working with me to improve it and make it better.
This is the end of Ratty's level expansions, both worlds are now complete.
I still might put out new patches in the future with bugfixes or small extra stuff to add into the game, but major content is now finished and I am very excited to begin work full time on my other projects that have been on pause for a long time now. Stay tuned for more...
