UPDATE 17 - HOTBAR AND MORE
Read the original on Steam ↗-Weapon/Spell control overhaul: Ability to toggle between your equipped weapon and a spell with a hotkey (Keyboard:R, Gamepad:B). Number key hotkeys (1-8) have been added to PC. The quick options radial wheel menu now selects favorited weapons instead of equipped weapons. Tapping the button toggles sheathing. The legacy equip system has been added at the bottom of gameplay settings.
-Combat Rebalance. Enemies are much more accurate with their attacks. Enemies tuned slightly to compensate for this.
-Resting encounter system: Resting now restores health when enemies aren't around, but in hostile areas there is a chance your sleep is interrupted. The threat of the interruption depends on the area you've decided to rest in.
-Autorun button (default Q, no default bind on gamepad but can be set)
-9 new summon spells are placed around the world
-Six new alchemy effects (Night Eye, Silence, Slow, Jump, Dispel, Drain Fatigue). Dispel removes all non-alchemy related over-time effects. Existing alchemy effects have been re-distributed for this.
-New potion system: four quality levels, distributed through chests and vendors.
-Evidence Chest crime system: two locked chests, one in Henrik's and one in Tintentan's house that stolen items are sent to. Guards finding you far outside of town somehow will have your item in their own inventory.
-Two high level added near Magdal's Rest
-Two additional dungeons in the yellow fungal area
-Underwater kelp forests and coral, to be updated with ingredients in a later patch
-Notification if you attempt sprinting while overencumbered or casting while silenced
-Weather volume slider
-Disconnects on host/client side now alerted to players
