We are currently working on improvements, with a particular focus on controls, to provide a more comfortable gameplay experience.
In particular, we have received feedback regarding the lock-on system. Below, we would like to explain how the current system works and share the improvements currently planned.
■ About the Lock-On System
・The lock-on system has a specific field of view within which enemies can be detected.
・This field of view is linked to the direction in which the unit you are controlling is facing.
・When an enemy is within this field of view, using “Lock-On + Attack” allows you to attack while tracking the targeted enemy.
■ Improvements Planned for October 2026
① Improvements to the Lock-On System
We are working to widen the field of view for the lock-on system, expanding the range in which enemies can be detected and making it easier to lock onto enemies intuitively.
We will also review the tutorial alongside these system improvements.
② Aiming Improvements for Shooting in Assist Mode
When a firearm is equipped, using the lock-on function will automatically target the nearest enemy, while the camera will quickly adjust to focus on the target.
■ New DLC Coming Spring 2027!
A new DLC is planned for release in Spring 2027.
Ingram Plus from *PATLABOR EZY* will join the game, along with new content featuring missions inspired by the series.
More details about the DLC will be announced in the future, so please stay tuned.
