Added saving for the music player state on the ship (when loading the game, it will now remain off if you turned it off previously).
Added an on/off button indicator for the mini-games on the ship.

Fixes:

Fixed an issue that could prevent the final cutscene from starting.
Fixed an issue that could block the secret ending button.
