Servus Allies, After a few weeks of investigation and work to ensure that potential server merges would not compromise player characters or progression, we have now begun the process of merging server regions.
Here's what has changed:
Brazil and Central US will be merged into East US
Korea and Australia will be merged into Asia
GB will be merged into Europe
US West will be unaffected
The affected regions will undergo server maintenance as a result, and this work should last around 1-2 hours.
Characters and progression on servers that are being merged should carry over without issue.
Please don’t hesitate to inform us if you encounter any progression loss, connection, or ping related issues following this update so that we can investigate.
(Note that these changes are not final, and we will be adjusting server regions over the course of Early Access based on player feedback.)
UPDATE (15/09 - 19:41 CEST):
The server maintenance may take longer than expected.
US merge should now be complete in about 1 hour
Asia merge roughly 2-4 hours from now
Europe merge will begin tomorrow (will update with details when we launch the maintenance on these servers)
UPDATE 2 (15/09 - 21:42 CEST):
We've identified the issue with US Central characters being lost and have deployed the fix. Servers should be back up in around 1 - 1.5 hours.
UPDATE 3 (16/09 00:59 CEST):
Server maintenance on Asia and East US is now complete
UPDATE 4 (16/09 11:12 CEST):
We will being maintenance on EU/GB servers to accommodate the merge shortly, this work should take 3-4 hours to complete

The server merges are now complete, thank you all for your patience
