Balance & Zombies
- Zombies are now split into three distinct types instead of identical bots with different run speed: fast and fragile, standard, and slow tanky ones with much more health.
- Kill XP now properly scales with how dangerous the zombie actually is.
- The boss has been weakened: less health, lower speed, longer respawn time, and it no longer chases players across half the map.
- Zombies are less likely to alert an entire nearby group just because one of them spotted you.
Fixes
- Fixed a multiplayer attack bug: rapid attack button presses could interrupt and restart the swing, eating your combo/damage - combos now play out correctly.
- Reload (R) no longer requires an extra click after switching weapons or respawning - it now works immediately.
- Minor NPC, mine, and map adjustments.
Important - Saving
Crates, barrels, and sacks placed around the world no longer save their contents between sessions - their loot is re-rolled from the loot table each time the server starts. This is intentional, not a bug: only your personal inventory and player-built storage are saved.
Performance
- Server and client performance optimizations: reduced CPU load with many players/items on the server, fewer FPS drops.
