What's new in the final free update for THYSIASTERY?
Monsters
A new variant boss added to the Third Stratum, that may appear instead of the usual boss.
The strength of some monsters has been adjusted.
Skills
Added 10 new skills, including passive and active ones.
Some examples include:
Trisagion (Active): High-level elemental skill that unleashes a conflux of three elements, dealing fire, ice and electricity damage to all targets in a tile in quick succession.
Paindrinker (Passive): Taking damage grants chance to restore TP, regain spent Focus or gain positive status condition.
Guardian (Stance): While active, reduces damage taken, reduces damage dealt, and increases the likelihood of being targeted.
Ailment Nullifier (Active): A way to preemptively cancel harmful status conditions.
With these new skills, we now have 320 skills in the game.
Events
Two new unique events have been added.
Commune with the voices of legends long past and experience a chance encounter with an enigmatic magi.
Items
Added 2 new consumables:
Warped Crystal: A spatially unstable crystal that, when used, teleports the party to a random spot within a set range.
Elemental Nullifier: Generates an anti-elemental field on all allies, which nullifies the next instance of fire, ice or electricity damage.
Mouse Movement
Settings now include an option for simplified Mouse Movement, making the game fully playable with just the mouse. Left‑click to move forward and rotate. Right‑click to strafe or move backward. Try it out and tell us how it feels once you’ve had time to get used to the system.
Looping Dungeon
Depending on how well your run went, you might encounter an option to continue...
Tuning, Polish and Quality of Life
Added unique combat music for the second Stratum.
Overall gameplay improvement based on player feedback.
Early tier elemental magic values have been buffed and adjusted.
Allies now advance skill learning during rest.
Biblos should be slightly stronger.
The Achievement for full skill book completion has been set to 315 for some leeway for skills that are very very rare.
Damage popups now display a symbol for the damage type dealt.
Added some skills to the character creator.
A variety of bugs have been fixed with your help! Thank you!
Current Known Issues:
Rarely some passive skills (stances) may stop working. If you encounter this, reloading the game usually resolves the issue. We are still investigating the issue.

It's been quite a journey since THYSIASTERY released in March (6 months already!?). We never could have imagined how many of you would discover strange skill combinations, unexpectedly broken builds and make the game your own.
We're very grateful to everyone who has stepped into this weird world with us. Thank you for your continuous support, feedback and experimentation/breaking of things since the launch.
