Hi ! Cool little update today with some new features and QoL.
First of all, I still see alot of people rely too much on the shot meter. To give some context, it wasn't even supposed to be in the game until very late. You should 100% rely on the club face's speed to gauge your shots, unless you want to go full or slightly under. Try it out.
Short game range
Added a short game range, accessible in the main menu.
New wedge
Added the sand wedge, very floppy, kinda hard, pretty fun.
Shot consistency
I spent most of this update's dev time trying to fix the inconsistency of the shots, I think I got something very close to perfection, curious to see what you guys think.
Backspin
Trying something different for backspin, you can now reach maximum backspin even when not going full power, hopefully this will allow more creative shots.
Terrain
Reduced the minimum width of the fairway to create some tighter shots
Flag
Reworked to flag mechanic, the flag will now raise when approaching the pin and disappear when putting from close.
Green
Slightly increased the speed of greens. I feel like the ball would have a hard time keeping momentum and prevented it from rolling in alot.
Scoreboard
The scoreboard is now in order from top to bottom.
QoL
Your lobby settings are now saved.
