New Content
Added a \[Failed Exam Reflow] option at game start. When checked, famous ministers who were not selected on the imperial examination list will return to the famous minister pool and may appear again later. (The timing of their reappearance is completely random.)
Added \[No Famous Ministers Mode] to game start settings.
Rewrote diplomatic relations between AI factions: they may now form alliances, marriage alliances, sow discord, mediate, rescue, and so on.
Added the concept of \[Credibility], which affects international relations.
Added the concept of \[Intelligence]. Detailed information about factions will be gradually unlocked based on this value.
Added the concept of \[Alliance]. Once this relation is established, the ally's map will be unlocked, and armies may enter each other's territory.

Implemented the function of constructing harem side halls.
Implemented two new tech tree nodes: \[Side Hall Regulations] and \[Six Palaces Code], used to unlock harem side halls. ※ The newly added diplomatic mechanics may be unstable and incomplete, and will continue to be optimized and developed in the near future.
Optimizations
Building attributes of each harem hall are now independent. When the mouse is placed over the nameplate of a harem side hall, its respective attributes will pop up.
When the message bar shows that two factions have gone to war, it will also display the motive that triggered the war.
When invaded and there are no reinforcements, the local general will participate in battle as the reinforcement marshal.
When invaded with no reinforcements and no local general, the Provincial Governor will participate in battle in the former reinforcement marshal role. (But he does not have the function of gathering defenders from adjacent territories.)
The accumulation of years of trade will have a positive effect on a faction's friendliness value.
When any capital is attacked, in addition to the defenders in the territory, the remaining central soldiers will also join the battle.
Rewrote the character generation mechanism for AI factions: faction generals will become stable, and the previous situation where "after the army disbands, this character is never seen again" will no longer occur.
Slightly reduced the Governing Power consumption when implementing reforms, and added consumption reminders in pop-ups and the quarterly report each turn.
The original \[Dispatch Envoy] has been renamed \[Resident Envoy Operations]. From now on, \[Dispatch Envoy] will be used exclusively for one-time diplomatic missions.

Fixed the bug where Jinbiao Hall still could not be unlocked after unlocking \[Yellow-White Art] through personal research.
