One year after the launch of Machick 2, Wuchick is heading East!
Machick 2: Journey East is available now as a completely FREE DLC, bringing a brand-new adventure inspired by Chinese mythology, packed with new enemies, bosses, accessories, chickens and new ways to build your runs.
Thank you to everyone who has played, shared feedback and supported Machick 2 throughout this first year. We wanted this anniversary update to be more than just new content, so alongside Journey East, we’ve also been working on improvements to the game as a whole.

A new journey means new challenges, and plenty of new ways to make your chicken ridiculously powerful.
Journey East adds:
4 new maps
10 new bosses and mini-bosses
8 new enemies
30 new accessories
10 new thematic chickens, each with their own passive abilities
New combinations, challenges and secrets inspired by Chinese mythology And, of course, all of this content is FREE for every Machick 2 player.
✨ Skills Fusions Are Back!
One of the biggest changes in this update is the return of Skills Fusions.
We've reactivated the fusion system, allowing skills to combine once again and opening up even more possibilities for your builds. We're also adding 12 brand new fusions, bringing the total up to 24 fusions available.
Fusions have been implemented into the new skill status system, allowing the stats from the fused skills to carry over into the fusion itself, making fusions feel fairer and more rewarding. This was actually one of the key reasons behind the status system rework.
Fusing is now easier than ever: when a fusion combination is available, it will simply appear as an option in the level-up selection screen. And with Journey East introducing even more equipment, accessories and chickens into the mix, there are now even more combinations to discover, experiment with and completely break the game with.

🔧 General Improvements & Fixes
Journey East also arrives alongside several improvements, adjustments and fixes across Machick 2.
Fixed invisible objects and enemies.
Fixed the game freezing on a selection screen.
Reduced the maximum skill level from 20 to 12.
Reworked the chicken and wand selection.
Fixed defeat menu buttons not working.
Fixed images not loading in menus.
Removed delay for unlocking achievements.
Fixed key icons not updating correctly for controllers.
Fixed the camera stopping to follow the player when heading to the Lobby.
Fixed information on the pause and death screens.
Fixed freezing in the chicken's animation after the game's entry animation.
Reduced the time it takes for Lobby menus to open.
Removed freezes when opening the skill and accessory selection menu.
Fixed skills like meteor shower that caused exponential performance loss.
Fixed accessories that weren't loading correctly.
Major refactoring of core game systems to improve performance.
And many other details that were fixed and improved.
