Hello, farmers! 🐔🥚
A new Eggstreme Farming update is now available!
I continue to follow player feedback, suggestions, and reported issues while constantly working to improve the game’s systems.
In this update, alongside several fixes, two new machines have been added to help automate the farm, the bill system has received important improvements, and several changes have been made to animals and golden eggs.
What changed in this update?
🌎 Translations and Missions
A translation issue involving a word on the bills page has been fixed.
Incorrect translations in Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese have been corrected.
The instructions for some daily missions have been updated to make them clearer.
An issue with missing characters in the Korean translation has been fixed.
🐔 Animals and Eggs
Golden animals can now be sold using the selling machines.
Fixed an issue where animals could start walking toward their sleeping spot while already playing the sleeping animation.
Fixed an animation issue where a dead animal could play its idle animation after being picked up by the player.
The Automatic Egg Collector can now collect golden eggs.
The incubation time for golden eggs has been adjusted.
⚙️ New Machines
Two new machines have been added to expand farm automation:
Automatic Feed Refill Machine — automatically helps keep animal food containers filled.
Automatic Pen Cleaning Machine — automatically cleans animal areas.
These new machines are part of my goal of allowing players to automate more tasks as their farm grows.
💡 Water and Electricity System
The bill system has received further improvements.
Machines now consume electricity and/or water based on their operation. Because of this, bills are no longer just fixed values and are now proportional to the player’s actual usage.
Equipment and systems such as automatic machines, incubators, and lamps now contribute to resource consumption.
This means that:
the more equipment you use, the higher your water and electricity bills may become.
There are now also consequences for unpaid bills.
If the player does not pay their electricity and/or water bills, equipment that depends on those resources will stop working.
They will only start working again once the outstanding bills have been paid.
The goal is to make farm management more meaningful and give players more decisions to make: automating more tasks makes work easier, but it also increases operating costs.
💡 Lamp Adjustments
The automatic behavior of lamps has also been adjusted.
Previously, several lamps would turn on automatically during the night.
Now, only the barn lamps have this automatic behavior.
All other lamps remain under the player’s control, allowing for better electricity management.
What do I hope to add in future updates?
Development of Eggstreme Farming continues, and I still have several systems and improvements planned.
These include:
Continuing to improve current systems and fix issues reported by players.
Implementing a player skills and upgrades system.
Adding a skill that allows the player to collect eggs without having to click each one individually.
Adding a skill that allows the player to clean animal pens faster.
Creating a machine or employee that can take care of animal health, helping automate part of this work.
Adding the option to automatically sell egg trays through the egg collecting machines.
Improving the Automatic Egg Collector so it can restock itself automatically. Once a tray is full, it could be sold and replaced with a new tray automatically so collection can continue.
Developing a player inventory system, allowing players to carry and manage multiple items more easily.
The inventory system will be a larger change and will likely require more development time, since many parts of the current game systems will need to be modified. Because of this, I am currently also focusing on smaller improvements and features that can be implemented more quickly while I continue planning this larger system.
🃏 Steam Trading Cards
Steam Trading Cards for Eggstreme Farming are already in the process of being implemented!
I am currently preparing the artwork and content needed to add this feature to the game’s Steam page.
More news about them will be shared in the future.

As a solo developer, this feedback is an extremely important part of development. Many of the changes and fixes made since launch have come directly from issues and suggestions shared by the community.
There is still a lot I want to improve and add, and I will continue working to make Eggstreme Farming better and better.
