This patch brings some of your most requested features to the game. First, it’s time to elevate your architecture. We've added the ability to build sturdy high foundations for your classic brick builds, giving you much more freedom in how you structure your homes. Check it out:
But what is a great home without a beautiful yard? We are also introducing a brand-new landscaping mechanic. You can now easily plan and plant trees to bring your outdoor spaces to life and add a touch of nature to your lot. See it in action:
Alongside these major additions, this update brings garages for brick houses, smarter roof generation, and a fresh batch of crucial improvements for the American Houses DLC.

Here is exactly what’s changing today:
Base Game Updates
High Foundations for Brick Houses: You can now elevate your classic brick builds with sturdy high foundations.
Tree Planting: A brand-new landscaping feature! You can now plan and plant trees to bring your outdoor spaces to life.
Garages for Brick Houses: Expanding your property just got easier - you can now build garages directly attached to brick houses.
Improved Roof Generation: Houses with more complex shapes and layouts will now generate the correct, perfectly fitted roof structures.
Expanded Contracts: Contracts 16 and 18 have been updated with brand-new tasks to tackle.
New Shop Items: We’ve added a few fresh items to the catalog for you to purchase and decorate with.
American Houses DLC Improvements
American High Foundations: Just like the base game, your classic suburban American houses can now be built on high foundations.
Seamless Porch Corners: Porches now properly connect at the corners of a house when two fences are built.
Porch Railing Generation: We've improved how porch railings generate, ensuring that the tall posts now spawn in exactly the right places.
