2. Defensive skills now support auto-recast,
refreshing buffs shortly before they expire.
3. Meteor Fire Rain gains two extra hits,
each dealing 85% of same-level
Purple Lightning damage.
Existing damage over time is unchanged.
4. Lowered Charm level requirements:
Beast Rider Commander: Lv.44
Flame Envoy: Lv.47
