Changed: Player requesting creation of a new group will be joined to already existing group if it matches the attributes of the requested one, or can be reconfigured to be like that (name, description, privacy)
Changed: Player won't be able to create a new group if his existing group matches the requested one, while only having him in it
Changed: Players can no longer request creation of a private group if the request is not set to automatically join the created group
Changed: Players can no longer request creation of groups which would not be deleted when the last player leaves them
Changed: Privacy state will be only possible to set if the group allows for its privacy state to be changed
Changed: Privacy state will be only replicated if the current state on the server differs from the requested one
