small hotfixes for ithaca

just a hotfix to patch up some loose ends with ithaca's release, we will be implementing a balance patch once we have more data and feedback on ithaca!

- fixed parry vfx not displaying properly
- fixed hud visuals not scaling with resolution changes
- removed placeholder win screen sounds
- fixed ithaca's texture sheet so it properly loads during the loading screen before a match
