Skill Updates

Mirage Cloak: Adjust additional block chance to 4..10 (so that Earth investment is required) and fixed a bug where damage from enchantment removal was getting improperly multiplied.
Focused Shot: Removed errant cast time.
Soul Twisting (PvP): Fix typos in in-game description.
Animate Flesh Golem: Pull the (somehow) living Vabbian peasant from the corpse pool.
Symbols of Inspiration: Reduce recharge from 15 to 10 and increase duration from 1..31 to 6..40. (This change was in the original update notes, but the game data wasn't properly updated.)
Mistrust: Fix bug where original target was being treated as an AoE target.
Overload: Fix bug where original target was being treated as an AoE target.
