This addresses the issue which prevented people from joining Southwest worlds, while not owning the DLC themselves. Players should now be able to join games hosted on the South West map regardless of DLC ownership.
We have also fixed the issue related to using hex numbers for the paint mixing machine.

- Fixed an issue which prevented people from joining games hosted on the Southwest DLC map when clients did not have the DLC
