Rent Due 0.3.1

A quick hotfix for something the White Horse Ranch Update broke on launch night.

Fixed custom character bodies stretching across the map in the districts. A part of your outfit was getting pinned to a point far away the moment you left your bedroom. It stays on you now.

Thanks to everyone who hit the bug button in the first ten minutes.
