The free DLC for Ukrainian Warfare: Gostomel Heroes, titled "Battle Unfinished", is now officially available.

Installing the DLC adds a new game mode where you can fight against AI opponents across 8 maps (6 from the base game and 2 newly designed specifically for this mode) at various difficulty levels while developing your army. For a quick start, you can import your army from a campaign playthrough by loading a save file prior to its completion.
Alongside the DLC release, a major update for the base game is also out.
Key Changes:
Added dynamic light sources (muzzle flashes, fire from burning objects, explosions, headlights, etc.).
Improved infantry squad controls, visual representation of formations, and the ability to hug walls and dynamic cover.
Major UI improvements regarding artillery firing ranges, smoke grenade throw radii, and more.
Optimized mission unloading (affects the speed of loading saves and the speed of exiting missions).
Fixed infantry evacuation bugs.
Added the option to select the active monitor.
Separated text and voiceover language tracks, allowing them to be configured independently (e.g., Russian text with English voice acting for dialogues and briefings).
Fixed cursor behavior on bridges.
Added visual gun recoil animations for select vehicles.
Minor crash fixes.
Added fatigue animations for exhausted soldiers.
Added new localizations: French, Polish, Spanish, and Brazilian Portuguese.
Added basic Steam Deck support (stable launch and performance).
Added auto-fill buttons for squads and vehicles into battle group slots when deploying from the army manager and when exiting a mission.
