Patch 1.01 — Settler's Domain News

Patching some impactful bugs that have been reported.

ESC no longer hides initial Settler's Tent build (this was locking new worlds)
Saving now attempts to write to a backup file first. This should prevent any crashes during saving from corrupting the original save file.
Battles are now prevented if there is no way for settlers to navigate to one another for fighting. A pop-up informs the player when an attempted battle failed due to navigation.

Additionally, I've re-activated the demo! Seems like people want it and I'm hoping it'll help people decide if Settler's Domain is a game for them. I'll do my best to keep it up to date in the future!
