Managed to carve out some time this past week to address a couple of issues.
Bugfixes/Changes:
Tweaked tolerances of contested tiles during offensives.
Units will no longer act on their own during offensives unless the Operations officer is active or the unit has been flagged as automated.
Fixed potential crash when moving to new sector.
Fixed potential crash when recalling units when no dugouts are available.
